Teräosa Fi Oy is a company specializing in the import and marketing of garden machinery, chain saws, tools and their spare parts and accessories, with a turnover of approximately 5.5 million euros. The owner of Teräosa Fi Oy Jari Elo and Estonian Stokker AS agreed on 30 August 2018 an arrangement whereby the ownership of the company is gradually transferred to Stokker AS. Jari Elo continues as a CEO of the company.
Stokker’s revenue is approximately 130 million euro and it is engaged in wholesale, retail and maintenance of machinery and equipment in all three Baltic countries.
