HH Partners strengthens its IP and employment practices – Pamela Lönnqvist and Terhi Lehtopolku appointed as Partners

We have excellent news! We have invited IP expert Pamela Lönnqvist and employment law expert Terhi Lehtopolku, to join partnership at HH Partners in July 2024. Both Pamela and Terhi are well respected and experienced practitioners in their own fields of expertise, and they will take the lead of our IP and employment law practices. Pamela and Terhi are also actively involved in international organizations such as TAGLaw, AIPPI and INTA.

Employment law new key focus area

With Terhi’s appointment as a partner and Head of Employment, HH Partners expands its employment practice and elevates it to one of its key focus areas, alongside Technology, IP, and M&A.

Terhi has vast experience in counselling both domestic and international employers on a variety of employment matters. In addition to counselling clients in all their HR legal matters, Terhi is specialized in whistleblowing matters and HR related dispute resolution. Terhi also regularly authors articles and lectures on different topics on employment law.

New head of IP

Pamela becomes the new head of IP, succeeding Esa Korkeamäki. She works with a wide range of domestic and foreign clients, from start-ups to multinational companies. As an experienced IP litigator, she has represented clients in complex patent, employee invention, trademark, designs copyright and marketing disputes, and advises on IP strategy, protection of IP and licensing. She frequently speaks and writes on domestic and international areas.
