Sonja Laamanen

Sonja Laamanen is an Associate Lawyer at HH Partners who practices Intellectual property and marketing law on a wide array of issues with a special emphasis on protection of various types of IP rights (trademarks, design rights, copyrights, patents) and dispute resolution. She advises clients on IP strategy, contracts, employee inventions, and questions related to marketing law. In addition, she advises clients on IP-related aspects of technology law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as, data protection matters.

Sonja has gained experience in collective management of copyrights and music licensing in her prior position as a legal counsel at the music copyright organization Gramex.
