Ville Öfversten

Ville started his career at HH Partners already in 2000. In the year 2017, we were happy to welcome him back to join the team again. Ville is in charge of our transaction and finance practice.

Prior to joining HH Partners Ville worked as General Counsel for Kemira Water and the private equity firm Ajanta. Most recently he held the position of Regional Managing Director, Nordics at DFC Global Corp. Ville has more than 15 years of experience of corporate law, M&A transactions, company reorganisations as well as private placements in an international context. Also, Ville has in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues relating to the financial services industry. Ville´s in-house legal and management experience helps him to truly understand what clients need.
